The geotextiles provide superior protection from inclement weather and construction-related damage, without requiring to use a protection course. Cost-Effective Installation
GCL is designed to be installed on a properly prepared subgrade, without the need to pour a working slab. The product’s inherent flexibility allows for easy installation on irregular surfaces and rough property line forming. GCL can be installed as soon as the forms are stripped; there is no waiting for the concrete to cure.
Prefabricated rolls (for example size of 6m x 40m standard) enable rapid deployment with minimal on-site labor.
Compatible with overlapping or adhesive-seaming methods for seamless joints.

Project Case

Yingfan Bentonite GCL products used in the flotation of oxidized ore in the Kumarg gold mine
Geographical location and scale: The project is located in a mountainous area about 130-150 kilometers north of the capital city of Dushanbe, Tajikistan. The mining area is rich in resources, with a proven gold reserve of about 78 tons and a prospective reserve of up to 150 tons, with a high average grade.
Project review: The Kumarg Gold Mine Oxidation Project in Tajikistan is an important gold mine development project located in the Kumarg area of Eni City, Tajikistan, with an altitude of approximately 3490 meters. This project is led by TBEA Dushanbe Mining Co., Ltd. and undertaken and operated by China Railway 19th Bureau International Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China Railway Construction Corporation. It is one of the key projects of China Tajikistan cooperation.
Mining and process flow
Adopting a combination of open-pit mining and underground mining, in the initial stage, the main process is heap leaching of oxidized ore (the process flow is heap leaching carbon adsorption desorption electrolysis smelting), and later it shifts to mixed ore and primary ore flotation treatment, with the final product being alloy gold.
The immersion solution for gold is prepared by dripping cloth solution, and gold refining is carried out by chemical method to extract gold.

Our Yingfan products, bentonite GCL, HDPE geomembrane and polyester filament nonwoven geotextile, are used in the foundation area of oxidized ore flotation in order to construct a strong barrier or containment structure to isolate the prevention from this area, including hazards chemicals such as cyanide and mercury.
